Privacy Policy

What this website collects, where it goes, and how data is handled when your organization deploys the Airmeez platform.

Effective date: July 19, 2026

Scope

This policy is published by Airmeez Inc. (“Airmeez”, “we”) and covers two things: the personal information this website collects, and the role Airmeez plays when an organization deploys Airmeez products.

For this website, Airmeez decides what is collected and why, and this policy describes it in full. For a deployment of the Airmeez platform, the customer organization decides what its systems collect and how that data is used; Airmeez processes it on the organization’s behalf under the agreement that governs the deployment. See The Airmeez platform below.

Information you send us

You choose whether to give us any of the following, and each is used to do the thing you asked:

  • Contact and partner forms. The forms on our Contact and Partners pages collect your name, email address, and message, along with the page you sent it from.
  • Email. If you email an Airmeez address published on this site, your message arrives as ordinary email, including your address and whatever you write.
  • Chat. The chat assistant on this site is there to answer questions about Airmeez. What you type into it is processed by the chat platform that operates the widget. Don’t share sensitive information in chat — use the contact form for anything confidential.
  • Deal registration. The Deal Registration form linked from the Partners page is hosted by Google Forms; what you enter there is submitted through Google.

Information collected automatically

The web server that runs this site keeps standard access logs: the requesting IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and the browser’s user-agent string. We use these to keep the site running and secure, and for nothing else.

Cookies and tracking

This site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics, and pages we serve set no cookies of our own. The one third-party component the site loads automatically is the chat widget, which maintains the state it needs to carry a conversation across pages. Product videos are embedded as click-to-play cards: nothing loads from YouTube until you press play, and only then does YouTube apply its own cookies. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) for these players.

Service providers

Information collected through this website goes to the following recipients, each for the single purpose listed:

  • HubSpot receives contact and partner form submissions and stores them so our team can respond.
  • Quincer operates the chat widget and processes chat conversations to deliver them.
  • Google hosts the Deal Registration form and receives what partners submit there.
  • YouTube (Google) serves the product videos embedded on this site, but only once you press play on one — at which point your browser contacts YouTube to stream it. We embed these in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.

Server access logs stay on the server that runs this site. Airmeez does not sell personal information collected through this website and does not share it for advertising.

How we use information

We use what this website collects to respond to your inquiries, evaluate partnership and deal-registration requests, and operate and secure the site. That is the complete list.

The Airmeez platform

Airmeez products — AI call answering, agentic voice and web assistants, notifications, messaging, and the rest of the platform — are deployed by customer organizations inside their own communication environments. In those deployments, the customer organization is responsible for the data its systems handle: it decides what is collected from its callers and users, for what purpose, and under which of its own policies.

Airmeez processes that data on the customer’s behalf, under the service agreement that governs the deployment. If you have interacted with an organization that uses Airmeez products — for example, by calling a contact center — direct questions about your data to that organization, whose privacy notice applies. We support our customers in answering them.

Enterprise buyers evaluating the platform can raise data-handling questions with us directly through the contact form as part of procurement.

Retention

We keep correspondence and form submissions for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and to maintain ordinary business records, and we delete what we no longer need.

Your rights and choices

To ask what personal information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, use the contact form. We respond to every request and honor the rights that apply to you under the law of your jurisdiction. For data held by an organization that uses Airmeez products, we route the request to that organization or refer you to them, as their agreement with us requires.

Children

This website is written for organizations, and Airmeez products are sold to organizations. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes get a notice at the top of the page.
